By using buyyem.com you agree to the following terms:

1. Service. buyyem.com sells YEM Benchmark Coins (YEM) in exchange for USDT transferred on the Tron network. YEM is delivered to the YEMChain Pernum you specify in your account settings.

2. Price. The price of YEM is fixed at 0.95 CHF per YEM. Orders are calculated using the USDT/CHF rate shown at order creation.

3. Correct Pernum. You are solely responsible for the correctness of the receiving Pernum you set. YEM sent to a Pernum you control cannot be reversed; YEM sent to an incorrect Pernum entered by you may be unrecoverable.

4. Tron network only. USDT must be sent on the Tron network (TRC20) to the address provided for your order. Funds sent on any other network are not accessible by us and cannot be refunded.

5. Exact amount. Each order has a unique payment amount. Send exactly the amount shown. Underpayments will not be processed automatically; contact support.

6. Prohibited use. You may not use this service for any illegal purpose. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund of any verified unprocessed payment.

7. No investment advice. Nothing on this website constitutes financial or investment advice.

8. Genuine YEM. YEM exists only on the private YEMChain blockchain managed by the YEM Foundation. Any "YEM" smart contract on a public blockchain is fraudulent.
