Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to operate the service:

Account data: your email address and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password in readable form.

Order data: your receiving Pernum, order amounts, Tron transaction IDs and YEMChain transaction hashes.

Use of data: to process your orders, deliver YEM, and provide support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Retention: order records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution.

Your rights: you may request deletion of your account data at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support (order records required for accounting may be retained in anonymised form).

Self-serve deletion: when you use Settings → Delete Account, your email, password and Pernum are permanently deleted and any pending orders are cancelled. Completed order records are anonymised (email and Pernum replaced with one-way hashes) and retained to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. On-chain Tron and YEMChain transactions are public by design and cannot be erased.
